مشروعات لمعالجة وترحيل النفايات الصلبة في ريف حمص بقيمة تجاوزت 4.7 مليارات ليرة

ترحيل النفايات

باشرت مديرية الخدمات الفنية بحمص تنفيذ مجموعة عقود لترحيل ومعالجة النفايات في عدة مطامر، تلافياً لمشكلة تراكم النفايات وانتشار المكبات العشوائية بريف المحافظة بقيمة تجاوزت 4.7 مليارات ليرة سورية.

وبين مدير إدارة النفايات الصلبة بحمص المهندس ثائر النادر في تصريح لمراسلة سانا أنه تمت المباشرة بعقد تشغيل مطمر القصير الصحي بتكلفة نحو 798 مليون ليرة، وهو يخدم الريف الغربي للمحافظة، وتتبع إليه محطات تلكلخ وتارين وحديدة وتلذهب وشين وحسياء الحوز وقرب علي والشرقلية، إضافة إلى المكب المركزي في الضاحية العمالية، موضحاً أن الطاقة التصميمية للمطمر تقدر بـ 400 طن يومياً.

ولفت النادر إلى أنه تمت المباشرة أيضاً بعقد مطمري الفرقلس الصحي بتكلفة نحو 208 ملايين ليرة وسعة 1000 طن يومياً، ودير بعلبة الصحي المستثمر من قبل مجلس مدينة حمص والمخصص لخدمة المدينة والقرى القريبة منها، وتقدر طاقته التصميمية بـ 600 طن يومياً.

وتكمن أهمية هذه المشروعات وفق النادر في التخلص من الآثار السلبية للمكبات العشوائية التي تؤثر على المياه الجوفية، وتزيد من انتشار الحشرات الضارة والحيوانات الشاردة، واحتمالية حدوث حرائق في المكان.

وفيما يتعلق بمحطات ترحيل النفايات والمكبات المركزية بين النادر أنه تمت المباشرة بمشروع تشغيل محطات ترحيل النفايات في حسياء والحوز بقيمة نحو 602 مليون ليرة، ومشروع تشغيل محطات ترحيل النفايات في الرقامة وصدد بقيمة نحو 291 مليوناً، ومشروع تشغيل محطات النفايات في قرب علي – حديدة بتكلفة 689 مليوناً، ومشروع تشغيل محطة النفايات في شين بقيمة 536 مليوناً، وأكراد الداسنية وتارين بقيمة 534 مليوناً، وأم العمد بقيمة 536 مليون ليرة، والضاحية العمالية بقيمة 548 مليوناً.

وتم خلال العام الحالي إغلاق 4 مكبات عشوائية، ليكون إجمالي المكبات العشوائية التي تم إغلاقها ومعالجتها منذ عام 2014 في محافظة حمص 99 مكباً.

ترحيل النفايات

he Directorate of Technical Services in Homs has started implementing a set of contracts for the transfer and treatment of waste in several landfills, in order to avoid the problem of waste accumulation and the spread of random dumps in the countryside of the governorate, with a value exceeding 4.7 billion Syrian pounds.

The Director of the Solid Waste Department in Homs, Eng. Thaer Al-Nader, stated in a statement to SANA reporter that the contract to operate the Qusayr sanitary landfill has been initiated at a cost of about 798 million pounds, and it serves the western countryside of the governorate, and the stations of Talkalakh, Tarin, Hodeidah, Tal Dahab, Shin, Hasya al-Houz, Qarb Ali and Sharqilya are affiliated to it, in addition to the landfill. Central in the workers’ suburb, explaining that the design capacity of the landfill is estimated at 400 tons per day.

Al-Nader pointed out that the contract for the two sanitary landfills of al-Furqlus, at a cost of about 208 million pounds and a capacity of 1,000 tons per day, has also been completed, and for the Deir Baalbeh sanitary landfill, which is invested by the Homs City Council and designated to serve the city and nearby villages, with an estimated design capacity of 600 tons per day.

The importance of these projects, according to the rare, lies in getting rid of the negative effects of random dumps that affect groundwater, increase the spread of harmful insects and stray animals, and the possibility of fires in the place.

With regard to waste transfer stations and central landfills, Al-Nader stated that a project to operate waste transfer stations in Hasya and Al Haouz has been completed at a value of about 602 million pounds, a project to operate waste transfer stations in Raqama and Sadad with a value of about 291 million pounds, and a project to operate waste stations in near Ali – Hodeidah at a cost of 689 pounds. 536 million pounds, the project to operate the waste station in Shin with a value of 536 million pounds, Akrad al-Dasaniyeh and Tarine with a value of 534 million pounds, Umm al-Amad with a value of 536 million pounds, and the workers’ suburb of 548 million pounds.

During the current year, 4 random dumps were closed, bringing the total of random dumps that have been closed and treated since 2014 in Homs governorate to 99.
